We recognize that sometimes our clients want additional services that don’t involve pool cleaning or pool chemical administration, maybe its addressing those unsightly stains that have been bugging you, an extra deep clean in readiness for that special family pool party, or when spring cleaning the inside of your home you want the deck and cage to look as nice as the inside does…or maybe it that you’re quite happy to look after the pool yourself but need help with a specific job….so we have listed here some of the other services we can help you with. As ever, one of the main advantages of working with The Pool Captain is that we will customize our pool, screen, and maintenance services to your needs.
Screen Cleaning Services: We can provide regular scheduled or one off pressure wash and clean of your pool cage, why not couple this with a deep clean of you pool furniture too. Your deck will need a pressure wash and deep clean regularly to keep it looking good and sanitary, if you choose to we can arrange for the deck to be resurfaced and/repainted too. We can also clean and pressure wash your driveways, dock and pathways.
Pool Screen Repairs: Inevitably there are times when a pool screen panels become damaged and in need or repair or replacement, in order that unnecessary, and unwanted debris and critters do not infiltrate your pool and deck areas, David can address these matters, quickly and without undue replacement of “good” panels.
Stain Treatment and Removal: Stains on pool surfaces are, all too many times, treated using the often unnecessary and damaging “acid-wash”, involving draining the pool and stripping the delicate marcite, this can be expensive to you and used as a quick fix when the pool guy doesn’t know a better way…for a system that does not involve draining your pool – talk to David about the his stain removal techniques. This can be part of a regular cleaning service or as a one-off service. David is a Certified Stain Specialist with Jacks Magic Products and can address any pool discoloration or staining issues.
Equipment Repair Services: We provide full repair services for all pool systems, pool pumps, lighting and filter equipment.
Leak Detection Services: It is essential to address any leaks as soon as possible, as water leaking from the pool, pipe work or equipment can be dangerous and damaging, and if left unaddressed can cause major issues requiring expensive repair work. We provide a leak detection service to find and rectify any issues win your pool, pool equipment or pipe work.
Home Delivery Service: For our clients who are happy to look after their own pools and systems, we offer a home delivery service, of all pool and hot-tub chemicals. This gives them the convenience of having the chemicals, filters and o-rings delivered to their home at a time and quantity convenient to them.
Installations: If you want to build new or upgrade your pool or decking we will be happy to provide a free, no-obligation estimate for the equipment required. We cover all equipment – pumps, filtration systems, salt chlorination systems, gas, solar and electric heaters, lighting equipment, decking and landscaping.
